History:

 

The company GTP-CONSULT is an individual enterprise by the owner and manager Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Roland K. Krüger.


Since February 2006, GTP-CONSULT is an engineering service provider for project management and sales services in the transportion and traffic area for various companies:

  • Alstom Transportation Deutschland GmbH
  • Siemens Mobility AG
  • ThyssenKrupp AG
  • Max Bögl Bauservice GmbH
  • Transrapid International GmbH
  • Intamin AG.

Main focus are engineering projects in High-speed and Urban Transport (HST, UT), in particular in Germany and Brazil.

 

Since June 2009, GTP-CONSULT is the exclusive distributor of Intamin Transportation Ltd. Urban Transport Systems, in particular for the design and the marketing of monorail systems in the Brazilian market. From February 2014 to October 2015 GTP-CONSULT has assumed on behalf of Intamin Transportation Ltd. the Project Management for the production of 3 monorail trains, which will be operating at the Olympic Complex of the Asian Indoor Games in Ashgabat / Turkmenistan from 2017.
  

During various periods since February 2009 till now, GTP-CONSULT is integral part of the project management and control for the ETCS pilot and follow-up projects for the entire ICE 3 and ICE-T fleet of Deutsche Bahn AG, on
behalf of Alstom Transportation Deutschland AG
.
  

From May 2009 to June 2012, GTP-CONSULT assumed the representation of the Max Bögl Bauservice GmbH in Brazil. The mission of  GTP-CONSULT to prepare the possible participation of the German HST industry in future tenders in Brazil were successfully concluded in intensive political and conceptual work.
  
 
Between February 2006 and April 2009, GTP-CONSULT prepared the feasibility studies in Qatar and São Paulo and Transrapid operating concepts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, commissioned by ThyssenKrupp Transrapid GmbH and Siemens Industry Mobility AG .
 
   

Qualifications:

The owner has successfully completed the study of Civil Engineering with the specialization subject of Urban and Transportation Infrastructures at the TU Dresden in May 1998. Since August 1999, he has been working for different companies as a project manager with staff responsibility of transportation projects, in particular for the production of rolling stock and train equipment, and in the area of transport planning.
Moreover, there are extensive experiences in Sales and Marketing of transportation and traffic systems and software, especially in the European and South American markets.
